Spare Parts – Terms & Conditions
1. Product Authenticity
All spare parts supplied are genuine / OEM or equivalent quality, as specified at the time of enquiry. Product details, part numbers, and specifications must be confirmed by the buyer before placing an order.
2. Pricing & Quotations

Prices are quoted based on current market rates and are subject to change without prior notice.

All quotations are valid for a limited period only unless otherwise mentioned.

Prices are exclusive of duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and destination country levies.
3. Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after written confirmation (email / WhatsApp) and receipt of advance payment, if applicable.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation.

Accepted payment modes include bank transfer and other mutually agreed methods.

Any bank charges or international transfer fees shall be borne by the buyer.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Spare parts are shipped with export-grade packing suitable for international transit.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Inspection & Claims

Buyers are advised to inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence.

Claims raised after this period may not be entertained.
7. Warranty

Warranty, if applicable, is limited to manufacturing defects only.

No warranty is provided for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect application.

Labour costs, machine downtime, or consequential losses are not covered.
8. Returns & Refunds

Returned parts are accepted only with prior approval.

Parts must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Special-order or customized parts are non-returnable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed as per agreed terms.
9. Compliance & Documentation

Export shipments are supplied with standard commercial invoices and packing lists.

Any additional certificates or documents required by the destination country must be informed in advance and may attract extra charges.
10. Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profit, or machine downtime.
11. Governing Law
All transactions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
